TCC Pulse Width Modulation Solenoid: Installation

2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Installation

  1. Install the TCC PWM solenoid (334).
  2. Install the TCC PWM solenoid retaining clip (314F).
  3. Connect the TCC PWM solenoid electrical connector.
  4. Install the oil pump to the valve body. See Figure .
  5. Install the oil pump bolts (206 and 207) and tighten as follows:
    • Bolt No. 207 - 106 INCH lbs. (12 N.m).
    • Bolt No. 206 - 12 ft. lbs. (16 N.m).

  6. Reposition and connect the electrical connectors to the following:
    • Fluid pressure manual valve position switch assembly. See Figure .
    • 2-3 Shift solenoid valve assembly.
  7. Install the case side cover. See CASE SIDE COVER  .
