HVAC Module Assembly: Disassembly

2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Disassembly

  1. Remove the retaining screws from the HVAC module cover. Remove the HVAC cover from HVAC module. Remove the defroster door linkage and actuator.
  2. Remove the defroster door from the HVAC module. See Fig 1. Remove the mode door actuator and the linkage. Remove the upper mode door from the heater module. See Fig 2.
