2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Removal Procedure

IMPORTANT:
There are 2 fuel level sensor assemblies in the fuel tank. There is one located on each fuel pump module. The fuel level sensors are NOT the same for each of the fuel pump modules.
- Remove the fuel pump module. Refer to Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement - Secondary .
- Disconnect the fuel level sender electrical connector (1) from the fuel tank fuel pump module cover.
- Remove the fuel level sensor wiring from the retaining feature (2) on the fuel tank fuel pump module.
- Push in the fuel level sensor retainers (1), in order to disengage the retainers from the module.
- Slide the fuel level sensor (2) up, out of the fuel tank fuel pump module.
