Preliminary Procedures

  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
  2. Remove the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement .
  3. Remove the center floor air outlet duct. Refer to Floor Air Outlet Replacement - Center .
1 Inflatable Restraint Vehicle Rollover Sensor Nut (Qty: 3)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten:  10 N.m (88 lb ft)

2 Inflatable Restraint Vehicle Rollover Sensor Assembly

Procedure

  1. Position the carpet in order to access the sensor.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
