- Assemble the fan blade to the fan clutch.
- Install the 4 bolts to the fan blade.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 27 N.m (20 lb ft).
- Install the fan clutch to the fan shroud.
- Install the push-pin to the fan clutch electrical connector.
- Install the cooling fan and shroud. Refer to Cooling Fan and Shroud Replacement .
