2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Place a new stud in the wheel hub.

  3. Install some washers onto the wheel stud.
  4. With the flat side of a wheel nut (2) against the washers, tighten the wheel nut until the wheel stud head seats against the wheel hub flange.
  5. IMPORTANT: Make sure that the wheel stud is fully seated against the wheel hub flange.
  6. Remove the wheel nut and washers.
  7. Install the wheel hub/speed sensor assembly into the steering knuckle. Refer to Wheel Bearing/Hub Replacement - Front .
  8. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
  9. Lower the vehicle.
