2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Disassembly & Reassembly

  1. Remove fuel line between LPL solenoid and Low Pressure Regulator (LPR). Loosen hose clamps on vapor hose between LPR and GMS/MCV). Remove GMS/MCV and bracket from CNG fuel module assembly bracket as an assembly. Remove LPR from CNG fuel module assembly plate. Remove LPL and bracket from CNG fuel module assembly bracket as an assembly.
  2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten all fasteners to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Start the engine. Using Ultrasonic Leak Detector (J 41416), check for CNG fuel leaks at each serviced fitting.
