Installation Procedure
2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the air cleaner lower assembly (4) to the vehicle.
- Secure the air cleaner lower assembly to the vehicle with 3 bolts (5).
Tighten: Tighten the 3 bolts to 7 N.m (62 lb in).
- Install the air cleaner element (3) into the air cleaner lower assembly (4).
- Install the air cleaner upper assembly (2) onto the air cleaner lower assembly (4).
- Secure the air cleaner upper assembly (2) with the two retaining clips (3).
- Connect the air inlet duct to the throttle body (1).
- Secure the air inlet duct with the hose clamp.
- Connect the vacuum hoses of the auxiliary intake air control system.
- Install the auxiliary intake air control solenoid to the air cleaner cover. Refer to Auxiliary Intake Air Control Solenoid Replacement .
- Install the EVAP canister purge valve to the air cleaner cover. Refer to Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Solenoid Valve Replacement .
- Install the EVAP canister vent valve to the air cleaner cover. Refer to Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Vent Solenoid Valve Replacement .
- Connect the MAF sensor.
- Install the accelerator cable into the cable guide wire.
