2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the wiper transmission (1) to the wiper motor (3).
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the 2 torx bolts (2) which secure the wiper transmission (1) to the wiper motor (3).

    Tighten:  Tighten the windshield wiper transmission bolts to 7.5 N.m (66 lb in).

  5. Engage the meshing of the lower rod (1) to the crank arm (2).

  7. Engage the meshing of the upper rod (1) to the crank arm (3).
  8. Install the windshield wiper motor assembly. Refer to Wiper Motor Replacement  in Wipers/Washers.
