Installation Procedure
2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Installation Procedure

- With an assistant, install the lift gate window (2) to the lift gate hinges (8).
- Install the spacers (1) and the 4 nuts (3) to the rear window (2).
- Install the rear window packings (4) and the retainers (5) to the rear window (2).NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
- Install the rear window packings (6) and the rear window strut bolts (1) to the rear window retainers (5).
Tighten
- Tighten the rear window strut bolts to 6.0 N.m (53 lb in).
- Install the rear lift gate window struts. Refer to STRUT REPLACEMENT - LIFT GATE WINDOW .
- Install the rear window upper outer panel (4) to the rear window (3).
- Connect the rear washer hose. Refer to HOSE REPLACEMENT - REAR WINDOW - WASHER PUMP TO END GATE .
- Install the 4 nuts (1) to the rear window hinges (5).
- Install the 4 bolts (2) to the rear window (3).
- Install the rear wiper motor assembly. Refer to WIPER MOTOR REPLACEMENT - LIFT GATE .
- Install the rear wiper arm. Refer to WIPER ARM REPLACEMENT - REAR .
- Install the high mount stoplamp cover. Refer to HIGH MOUNTED STOP LAMP REPLACEMENT .
- Close the lift gate window (3).
