2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Removal Procedure

- Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure .
- Remove the right front diagonal brace. Refer to BRACE REPLACEMENT -- SHEET METAL DIAGONAL .
- Disconnect the positive battery cable.
- Remove the battery hold down retainer bolt (1).
- Remove the battery hold down retainer (2).IMPORTANT: Do not tip the battery more than 40 degrees during removal.
- Remove the battery (3).
- Remove the battery insulator from the battery.
