2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the flat washer, the bushing, and the gripper washer to the clock spring pin.
  2. Install the clock spring with pin to the arm.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the clock spring nut.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the nut to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

  4. Grasp the end of the clock spring with vice grips or pliers.
  5. Wind the clock spring and insert the end of the spring into the roof link pin.
  6. Reposition the folding top to the original position.
