2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the SGCM coolant pump outlet hose (3) to the vehicle.
  2. Install the SGCM coolant pump outlet hose (3) to the SGCM coolant pump (1).
  3. Position the SGCM coolant pump outlet hose clamp (2) to the SGCM coolant pump (1).
  4. Install the SGCM coolant pump outlet hose (3) to the clip.

  6. Install the SGCM coolant pump outlet hose (5) to the clip (6).

  8. Install the lower fan shroud. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement - Lower .
  9. NOTE: The procedure below must be followed. Improper coolant level could result in a low or high coolant level condition, causing starter/generator control module damage.
  10. Fill the SGCM cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System - Starter/Generator Control Module .
