Installation Procedure
2004 Oldsmobile Bravada AWDSECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the engine mount to the engine mount bracket.
- Install the engine mount upper nuts.
Tighten
Tighten the engine mount upper nuts to 53 N.m (39 lb ft).
- Install the engine mount bracket with the engine mount to the oil pan.
- Install the engine mount bracket-to-oil pan bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the engine mount bracket bolts to 58 N.m (43 lb ft).
- Use the utility stand in order to lower the engine.
- Install the engine mount lower nuts.
Tighten
Tighten the engine mount lower nuts to 47 N.m (35 lb ft).
- Install the right engine splash shield. Refer to SPLASH SHIELD REPLACEMENT -- ENGINE .
- Install the right front wheel and tire.
- Connect the three-way catalytic converter pipe to the engine right side exhaust manifold.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Install the engine mount struts. Refer to ENGINE MOUNT STRUT REPLACEMENT - LEFT and ENGINE MOUNT STRUT REPLACEMENT - RIGHT .
- Install the throttle body air inlet duct.
- Connect the battery ground (negative) cable.
