Shift Mechanism Removal/Installation: Notes

2004 Oldsmobile Bravada AWDSECTION Notes

  1. Remove the following parts:
    1. Battery and battery tray

      (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)

    2. Center console

      (See CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)

    3. Heat insulator (Front)
  2. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
  3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
  4. After installation, verify that the shift lever can be shifted smoothly into each position.
