- The Barometric (BARO) pressure is more than 74 kPa.
- The Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is below 86°F (30°C).
- The Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is below 86°F (30°C).
- The difference between the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) and the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is 14°F (8°C) or less.
- The battery voltage is between 9-18 volts.
- The fuel level is between 1/4 and 3/4.
