- Open the liftgate window.
- Support the liftgate window.
- Disconnect the window defogger electrical connectors, if equipped.
- Remove the liftgate window struts. Refer to Strut Replacement - Liftgate Window .
- Open the liftgate in order to expose the liftgate window hinges.
- With an assistant, remove the liftgate window hinge pin retainers from the hinge pins.
- With an assistant, remove the liftgate window from the liftgate by sliding to the left.
