2004 Oldsmobile Bravada AWDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. With an assistant, install the endgate onto the left body side hinge by sliding to the left and lifting.
  2. Install the endgate to the right side hinge assembly by holding the endgate at a 45 degree angle and lowering the endgate onto the hinge.

  4. Install the cables onto the side panel striker bolts.
  5. NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  6. Install the theft deterrent bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  7. Inspect the endgate operation.
