  1. Turn steering wheel to place vehicle wheels in straight-ahead position. Turn ignition off and remove key. Remove SIR fuse (15-amp) from fuse block, located in junction block above left front wheel wheel. See Figure.
  2. Remove passenger-side door trim panel. Remove Connector Position Assurance (CPA) clip from passenger Side Impact Sensor (SIS) connector. See Figure. Disconnect electrical connector from SIS.
