  1. Turn steering wheel to place vehicle wheels in straight-ahead position. Turn ignition off and remove key. Remove SIR fuse (10-amp) from fuse block, located in junction block in center console. See Figure.
  2. Remove driver-side insulator panel. Remove Connector Position Assurance (CPA) clip from driver-side air bag module connector. Disconnect driver-side air bag module connector.
