Fuel Filler Tube: Installation

- Install the fuel tank if previously removed. See FUEL TANK . Install the fuel filler tube into the fuel filler hose. Position the fuel filler tube for best fit and alignment then secure the fuel filler tube hose clamp.
- Tighten the hose clamp to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Install the bolt to the fuel filler tube ground wire. Tighten the bolt to specification. Install the fuel filler tube cover. Lower the vehicle. Install the sealing ring around the fuel filler tube. Add fuel to the fuel tank. Inspect for fuel leaks. Install the fuel filler cap and close the fuel filler door.
