Engine Cover: Removal

Remove the caps that cover the extension screws. See Figure . Remove the screws from the extension. Remove the nuts at the bottom of the extension. Pull toward the rear of the vehicle in order to remove the extension from the instrument panel. Disconnect the electrical connectors. Remove the instrument panel extension. Remove the floor air outlet duct. Remove bolts and brackets. See Figure . Remove the engine cover to firewall screws. Remove the engine cover.
