Cold Start
- BARO pressure is greater than 75 kPa.
- ECT and IAT are less than 86°F (30°C).
- Difference between IAT and ECT is 14°F (8°C) or less.
- Battery voltage is 10-16 volts.
- The fuel level is 1/4 and 3/4.
- The fuel ethanol content is less than 11 percent.
