- Remove the right side instrument panel insulator. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - RIGHT in GAUGES AND INSTRUMENT PANELS .
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the vacuum control assembly.
- Disconnect the vacuum harness connector from the vacuum control assembly.
- Remove the mounting screws from the vacuum control assembly.NOTE: Pull the vacuum control assembly straight down to release the tab from the slot in the HVAC module case.
- Remove the vacuum control assembly.
