Instrument Panel Integration Module
The Instrument Panel Module receives signals from the A/C-Heater Control Head, Sun Load Sensors, Ambient Temperature Sensor, In-Vehicle Temperature Sensor, Blower Control Module, Powertrain Control Module (PCM), Upper And Lower Left/Right Air Temperature Sensors and Temperature Actuators. A microprocessor in the module processes the signals and then sends commands to the system components to control A/C compressor clutch operation, air intake location, air discharge location, air discharge temperature and blower speed. Instrument panel module is located under left side of instrument panel.
