Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the underhood electrical center. Refer to Underhood Electrical Center or Junction Block Replacement (HP7) or Underhood Electrical Center or Junction Block Replacement (HP5) .
  2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
1 Air Cleaner Assembly Bolt
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten:  8 N.m (71 lb in)
2 Air Cleaner Assembly Bolt (Qty: 2)

Tighten:  6 N.m (53 lb in)
3 Air Cleaner Assembly

Procedure

  1. Disconnect any electrical connectors as needed.
  2. Transfer any parts as needed.
