Removal Procedure

2004 Oldsmobile Bravada AWDSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  3. Remove the wheel bearing/hub assembly. Refer to rear Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement .

  5. Remove the upper control arm to knuckle bolt and nut.

  7. Remove the lower control arm to knuckle bolt and nut.

  9. Remove the toe link to knuckle bolt and nut.

  11. Remove the trailing blade to knuckle bolts.
  12. Remove the knuckle from the vehicle.
