2004 Oldsmobile Bravada AWDSECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the midgate wedge (2) to the vehicle.
- Install the screw (1) retaining the wedge to the body.
Tighten: Tighten the screw only until the wedge cannot rock up and down, but can slide fore and aft.
- Slide the midgate wedge as far forward as possible.
- Close the midgate assembly to set the wedge adjustment.
- Open the midgate.
- Fully tighten the midgate wedge screw.
Tighten: Tighten the midgate wedge screw to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
