2004 Oldsmobile Bravada AWDSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Position the sunroof glass panel in the fully closed position.
  2. Remove the headliner. Refer to HEADLINER REPLACEMENT in Interior Trim.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the following components:
    • The actuator
    • The express module
  4. Disconnect the rear drain hoses from the sunroof module.
  5. Disconnect the front drain hoses from the sunroof module.
  6. Have an assistant support the sunroof module before removing the bolts.
  7. Remove the sunroof module to roof bolts.
  8. Remove the sunroof module from the vehicle roof, with an assistant.
