2004 Oldsmobile Bravada AWDSECTION Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Disengaging Velcro & Magnet From Headliner

  1. Position the headliner into the vehicle through the liftgate opening.
  2. Push on the Velcro® and the magnet attachments to partially secure the liner.

  4. Install the pushpin fastener at the rear of the headliner.
  5. Secure the weatherstrip over the edge of the headliner.

  7. Connect the sunroof switch electrical connectors.

  9. Connect the OnStar® microphone electrical connector.
  10. Install the reading lamp cover. Refer to Reading Lamp Replacement in Lighting Systems.
  11. Connect the OnStar® electrical connector.
  12. Install the sunshades. Refer to Sunshade Replacement .
  13. Install the windshield upper garnish molding. Refer to Windshield Upper Garnish Molding Replacement 
  14. Install the center pillar molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Center Pillar Lower .
  15. Install the dome lamp. Refer to Dome Lamp Replacement .

  17. Connect the headliner electrical connectors behind the cargo area trim panel. Connect the clips holding the wire to the metal.
  18. Install the driver side quarter trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Lower .
  19. Install the lock pillar garnish moldings. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Lock Pillar Upper .
  20. Install the rear garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Rear Corner .
  21. Install the rear window upper moldings. Refer to Molding Replacement - Rear Window Upper .
  22. Install the coat hooks. Refer to Coat Hook Replacement .
  23. Enable the SIR system. Refer to DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM in SIR.
