IMPORTANT:
The rain sensor retaining ring is permanently mounted to the windshield and is not serviceable. Damage to the windshield or the retaining ring will occur if removed.
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the rain sensor (1).
- Carefully pull downward on sensor (1) to release it from the retaining ring (2).IMPORTANT: Do not touch the surface of the sensor when it is removed from the glass.
- Remove the sensor from the vehicle.
