Installation Procedure
2004 Oldsmobile Bravada AWDSECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the following parts onto the fuel pressure regulator (9), if necessary.
- Backup ring (10)
- Regulator seal O-ring (11)
- Regulator filter (12)
- Regulator seal O-ring (13)
- Lubricate the fuel pressure regulator large O-rings (11, 13) with clean engine oil.
- Install the fuel pressure regulator (9).
- Install a NEW fuel pressure regulator retainer (8).
- Connect the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line.
- Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure in Engine Electrical.
- Install the fuel fill cap.
- Inspect for leaks.
- Turn the ignition ON, for 2 seconds.
- Turn the ignition OFF for 10 seconds.
- Turn the ignition ON.
- Inspect for fuel leaks.
