  1. Remove the temperature control cable (3) from the clip (2) at the HVAC module assembly.
  2. Set the temperature control dial to coldest position.
  3. Hold the door lever (1) fully rearward, clockwise.
  4. Install the cable (3) to the clip (2).
  5. Test the cable for smooth operation.
  6. Test that the door opens fully in both directions.
