- Remove the temperature control cable (3) from the clip (2) at the HVAC module assembly.
- Set the temperature control dial to coldest position.
- Hold the door lever (1) fully rearward, clockwise.
- Install the cable (3) to the clip (2).
- Test the cable for smooth operation.
- Test that the door opens fully in both directions.
