- Align the hinge with the marks made on the vehicle body.
- Install the hinge retaining nuts.
Tighten: Tighten the liftgate hinge stud nuts to 19.5 N.m (14 lb ft).
- Install the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement in Interior Trim.
- Install the liftgate. Refer to Liftgate Replacement .
