2004 Oldsmobile Bravada AWDSECTION Notes
WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 20 other vehicles, including the 2001 Pontiac Firebird, 2001 Pontiac Bonneville, 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, 2001 Chevrolet Impala, and 2001 Chevrolet Camaro. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
CAUTION:
Set front wheels in straight-ahead position before removing or installing clockspring assembly. This centers the clockspring assembly. If an off-centered clockspring assembly is installed, ribbon in clockspring assembly will break when steering wheel is turned. Always keep ignition switch in LOCK position to prevent wheel from turning and allowing SIR clockspring to become off-centered. To center the clockspring assembly, see SIR CLOCKSPRING ASSEMBLY under ADJUSTMENTS.
