EVAP Canister: Installation

2004 Oldsmobile Bravada AWDSECTION Installation

  1. Install EVAP canister into EVAP canister bracket front tab and press rear of EVAP canister into the EVAP canister bracket rear tabs. See Fig 2.
  2. Reconnect EVAP vapor pipe and EVAP vent valve pipe to EVAP canister. See Figure. Reconnect EVAP purge pipe to EVAP canister. See Fig 1.
  3. Reinstall fuel tank shield (if equipped). See Figure. Tighten fuel tank shield bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Lower vehicle.
