- Remove the instrument panel accessory trim plate. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) CLUSTER .
- Remove the retaining screws from the HVAC control module.
- Pull the HVAC control module out from the instrument panel.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors from the HVAC control module.
- Disconnect the vacuum connectors from the HVAC from the HVAC control module.
- Remove the HVAC control module.
