2004 Oldsmobile Bravada AWDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Insert the anchor plate through the slit in the carpet.
  2. Align the anchor plate with the raised end forward.
  3. Start the bolt through the anchor plate into the hole in the floor reinforcement.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

    Important:  Insure the anchor plate does not turn while tightening the bolt.

  4. Tighten the child restraint tether anchor plate bolt.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the child restraint tether anchor plate bolt to 27 N.m (20 lb ft).

  5. Reposition the carpet over the bolt.
  6. Install the child restraint tether, if the child restraint is installed.
