Spring Bushing: Removal

- Remove the spring assembly from the vehicle
- Remove the bushing from the spring assembly. Press the spring bushing from the spring in an arbor press. See Fig 1.
- Clean the spring eye of any remaining parts of the bushing.
- Remove any burrs from the spring eye that could cause the new bushing to bind when the bushing is installed.
