2004 Oldsmobile Bravada AWDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil (1) to the steering shaft (2).
  2. Center the inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Coil Centering in Steering Wheel and Column.
  3. Route the lower coil wire harness along the steering column jacket.
  4. Install the wire harness straps to the steering column wire harness.
  5. Install the upper and lower shrouds. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement in Steering Wheel and Column.
  6. Install the steering wheel. Refer to Steering Wheel Replacement in Steering Wheel and Column.
  7. Install the inflatable restraint steering wheel module. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Replacement (Aztek)  or Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Replacement (Rendezvous) .
  8. Enable the SIR System. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 3 .
