- Engine coolant temperature is less than 230°F (110°C).
- Intake air temperature is more than 50°F (10°C).
- Battery voltage is more than 9 volts.
The following conditions are for running an active test (engine in closed loop).
- Engine coolant temperature is more than 167°F (75°C).
- Intake air temperature is more than 50°F (10°C).
- Battery voltage is more than 9 volts.
- Engine is operating is closed loop fuel control.
