L36 Engine Generator Mounting:




Electrical Connections (L36 And L67):






REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Accessory drive belt from generator.
3. Engine cover.
4. Front generator support brace.
5. Generator mounting bolts.
6. Rear pencil brace bolt.
7. Output terminal nut.
8. Electrical connection.
9. Generator.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Generator.
2. Electrical connection.
3. Output terminal nut
Tighten
^ Generator output terminal nut to 20 N.m (15 lb. ft.).
4. Generator mounting bolts.
Tighten
^ Nut to 50 N.m (37 lb. ft.).
5. Front generator support brace.
Tighten
^ Bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb. ft.).
6. Rear pencil brace bolt.
Tighten
^ Bolt 30 N.m (22 lb. ft.).
7. Engine cover.
8. Accessory drive belt to generator.
9. Negative battery cable.
Tighten
^ Cable to 15 N.m (11 lb. ft.).
