CUSTOM CRUISER, 88 & 98
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove glove compartment.
3. Remove vacuum and aspirator hoses.
4. Remove temperature door rod link from crank.
5. Remove temperature cable from programmer.
6. Remove programmer retaining screws and the programmer.
7. Reverse procedure to install, then adjust temperature door.
ELECTRA
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove righthand sound insulator center instrument panel trim plate and lower instrument panel trim plate.
3. Disconnect wiring and hoses at programmer.
4. Remove programmer linkage cover and disconnect linkage.
5. Remove speaker grille and speaker to facilitate removal of rear bolt attaching programmer to A/C module.
6. Remove programmer, disconnecting any wiring still attached to programmer.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
