- PRECONDITIONING
Check that all of the following conditions are satisfied.
- Engine oil temperature: 60°C (140°F) or more
- Engine running: idle speed
- Accelerator pedal: Full released

GO TO 2.
- PERFORM VCR BASE POSITION LEARNING
With CONSULT
- Select "VCR base position learning" in "WORK SUPPORT" mode of "ENGINE" using CONSULT.
- Touch "START".
Is "CMPLT" displayed on CONSULT screen?
YES>>
GO TO 3.
NO>>
Check that DTC is not detected and restart the learning.
- ERASE DTC
Without CONSULT
- Turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds.
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Erase DTC.
