Necessary preliminary tasks: 

NOTE: Steering wheel cover is shown removed for purposes of clarity.

Remove control unit for steering wheel module (1) from steering wheel (2) in direction of arrow.

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Remove steering wheel electronics control unit (2).

Installation note: 

Make sure electronic steering wheel module (2) is fitted correctly.
