NOTE: Follow instructions for REMOVING AND INSTALLING ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNITS .

Necessary preliminary tasks 

  • Remove CONTROL UNIT  (excl. N55  ).
  • Read fault memory.
  • Switch off ignition.

Unclip connector (1).

Remove control unit (3).

Remove relay module (5) upwards.

Release screws (4).

Lift out oil equipment holder (2).

Unlock plug connection and disconnect.

Release air scoop (1).

Remove electric fan (2) with bracket.

Reassemble the vehicle.

Read fault memory.
