Caliper Assembly: Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure.
  2. Only clean guide screws. Do not grease. Check threads. Replace all guide screws which are not in perfect condition.
  3. Tighten caliper mounting bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  4. Bleed hydraulic system. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM .
  5. Install and tighten wheel bolt. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
