61 35 950 Removing and installing/replacing control unit for Comfort Access System (Passive Go)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove flap in right luggage compartment wheel arch trim . See 51 47 172 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING FLAP IN LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM, LEFT OR RIGHT .
E70:
Lift back insulating mat (1).
Disconnect plug connection (3).
Unlock catch (2) and remove control unit for Comfort Access System (4) from device carrier (5).
Replacement:
Carry out VEHICLE PROGRAMMING/CODING .
