Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Unlock plug connections (1) and disconnect.

Detach plug connection (1) in direction of arrow and disconnect.

Unlock plug housing (2) and disconnect.

Fold up covers (4).

Unscrew nuts (3).

Tightening torque 61 21 2AZ  . See 61 21 BATTERY WITH TERMINAL

Pull distribution box upwards out of control unit receptacle.

Replacement: 

Remove fuses and relays.
