Front Cross-Member: Service and Repair
2001 Mazda 626 ES V6-2.5L DOHCSECTION Service and Repair
TRANSVERSE MEMBER AND FRONT CROSSMEMBER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. Remove the front exhaust pipe.
2. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
4. Inspect the front wheel alignment and adjust it if necessary.
Crossmember and Steering Gear Component Removal Note
1. Support the crossmember using a jack and remove the bolts and nuts.
2. Remove the crossmember and steering gear component.
